| 摘要: |
| 目的:对羧甲司坦口服液中的羧甲司坦的含量测定方法进行探讨。方法:用比色法对羧甲司坦成分进行测定。结果:回收率为100.1% ,RSD为0.87% ;线性范围为120～300μg/ml。结论:该方法简单,重现性好,适合该制剂的含量测定。 |
