| 摘要: |
| 目的:建立脑脉 号胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对其中人工牛黄,虎杖,龙胆草,益母草进行了定性鉴别,用薄层扫描法对人工牛黄中胆酸进行了含量测定。结果:线性范围为2.65～15.9m g/ m平均回收率为100.5,RSD为2.4%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法 |
