| 摘要: |
| 目的:大柴胡汤加减治疗痛风性关节炎。方法:用大柴胡汤加减治疗痛风性关节炎,观察其近期疗效。结果:关节肿痛总有效率91.7% ,血尿酸降至正常率72 .2 %。结论:大柴胡汤与痛风性关节炎有类似的病因、病机,治则基本相符。其内服外敷治疗痛风性关节炎有一定的治疗效果 |
