| 目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定中肝一号合剂中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:用C18-ODS柱,以甲醇-水(30 :70 )为流动相,检测波长2 32 μm。结果:平均回收率97.97% ,(RDS=0.572 ,n=4)结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好。 |
