Abstract:

OBJECTIVE:To determine drug contents by HPLC with E1%1cm. METHOD:Study the influnce of the kinds, ratio, pH of mobile phase and properities of drugs on the respond factors of recorder. RESULTS:K is a constant for a certain instrument, column and recorder.
