| 目的 建立复方阿司匹林片中低浓度阿司匹林的溶出度测定方法。方法 采用将溶出液中的阿司匹林全部水解成水杨酸后用高效液相色谱法测定。结果 该法消除了复方成分双嘧达莫的干扰。结论 该法操作简便,结果正确。 |
