| 目的 合成脑功能改善药奈非西坦并改进合成工艺。方法 产物由2 ,6-二甲基苯胺酰化,然后与2-吡咯烷酮缩合而得。结果 所得产物结构经IR和1HNMR确证。结论 此法可行并易于过渡到工业生产。 |
