| 摘要: |
| 目的建立解毒烧伤膏中冰片的含量测定方法。方法水蒸汽蒸馏提取,使用HP-20M毛细管色谱柱,FID检测器。结果此方法线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为0.64%。结论本方法分离良好,可用于解毒烧伤膏的质量控制。 |
