| 摘要: |
| 目的建立不经分离测定复方滴鼻液中盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法差示分光光度法、旋光度法。结果盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率分别是99.63% （RSD：0.52%，r=0.9999，n=7）和99.84% （RSD：0.37%，r=0.9998，n=7）。结论方法简便、快速、准确。 |
