| 摘要: |
| 目的建立盐酸芦氟沙星凝胶剂的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定含量，测定波长297nm。结果盐酸芦氟沙星在2～10μg·mL-1之间呈良好线性关线，相关系数r=0.9999，平均回收率为99.52%(n=6)，RSD为0.38%。结论本方法简便、准确，可用于该制剂的含量测定。 |
