| 目的改进对-胍基苯甲酸盐酸盐合成工艺。方法以溴乙烷替代碘甲烷进行烷基化反应。结果反应条件温和,原料价廉易得,提高中间体产品质量及稳定性,总收率60.9%。结论适于工业化生产。 |

| OBJECTIVE To improve the synthetic process of 4-guanidinobenzoic acid.METHODS By this method,iodomethane was replaced with bromoethane.RESULTS The overall yield was 60.9%.CONCLUSION The process is simple and suitable for industrial production. |
