| 目的用一种新的方法合成硝唑尼特并验证其结构。方法以水杨酸先制备水杨酰卤,然后与2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑反应,最后用乙酸酐成酯。结果所合成的产物结构正确,产率得到提高。结论所采用的路线切实可行。 |

| OBJECTIVE To synthesize nitazoxanide by a new way and testify its structure.METHODS First amidation then acetylation reaction was used. RESULTS The synthesized compound was correct,the yield rate was increased.CONCLUSION The method developed is adoptable. |
