| 目的合成洛铂并进行工艺改进。方法以1,2-二氰基环丁烷为原料,经还原、缩合、环合三步反应得到洛铂。结果所得产物经熔点测定、元素分析确证其结构。结论采用此法合成洛铂是可行的,并合成工艺简单,易于工业化生产。 |
