| 摘要: |
| 目的建立穿琥宁中乙醇、吡啶的GC含量测定法。方法采用DB-FFAP毛细管柱为固定相。结果乙醇、吡啶在20～200μg/mL范围内线性良好,平均回收率分别为99.6%和100.3%,RSD分别为3.9%、3.3%。结论本法简便、灵敏。 |
