| 目的对骨痹颗粒中淫羊藿苷含量进行辐照前后的比较。方法采用TLC法定性鉴别;HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷含量。结果经照射后,淫羊藿苷含量有所下降。结论淫羊藿苷在钴60-γ射线辐照下不稳定。 |
