| 目的综述药物致心律失常的可能机制,对模型做一简要回顾评价,为找出合适的临床前评价模型提供帮助。方法检索近几年的文献资料进行分析归纳。结果与讨论只有对药物致心律失常的机制充分掌握,才能建立合适的模型预防心律失常。 |
