| 摘要: |
| 目的采用分光光度法测定冠心康片中总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为标准品建立标准曲线，检测波长为510 nm。结果回归方程为C=-0.001 42 + 0.855 8A，在0.075 1～0.600 4 mg内呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 9），平均加样回收率为99.42%，RSD为1.64%（n=5）。不同批号冠心康片每片总黄酮平均含量为0.363 1 mg。结论该方法简便、准确，适用于冠心康片的质量分析检验。 |

| Determination of Total Flavonoids Contents from Guanxinkang Tablet |

| OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of total flavonoids in Guanxinkang tablet by spectrophotometry.METHODS Taking rutin as the control to make standard curve,the detective wavelength was 510 nm.RESULTS Regression equation was C=-0.001 42+0.855 8A(r=0.999 9).The linear concentration was in the range of 0.075 1-0.600 4 mg for rutin.The average recovery was 99.42%,RSD was 1.64%(n=5).The average contents of total flavonoids from Guanxinkang tablet with different numbers was 0.363 1 mg.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate,it can be used for quality control of Guanxinkang tablet. |
