摘要:

目的 介绍术后黏连与细胞因子关联的研究进展。方法　查阅近几年国内外文献资料并进行总结和归纳。结果　细胞因子在术后黏连形成中起重要作用。结论　特异性抗细胞因子药物有望成为治疗术后黏连的新方法。

Abstract:

To introduce the research progress of the relationship between post-surgical adhesions and cytokines. METHODS The literatures and data published in recent years were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS There has been a vast array of cytokines implicated in the initiation, development and maturation of post-surgical adhesions. CONCLUSION Specific anti-cytokine agens providing a potential new way to prevent post-surgical adhesions.
