摘要:

糖尿病心肌病是一种由糖尿病诱导的病理生理疾病，严重时可导致心力衰竭，发病机制十分复杂，严重危害着人类健康。大量研究表明铁死亡在糖尿病心肌病的发生发展中起着重要的作用。中医药在防治糖尿病心肌病方面具有独特优势和良好前景，其中有不少可靶向调节铁死亡的复方和中药有效成分。本文就铁死亡信号通路在糖尿病心肌病中的作用机制以及近年来中医药通过靶向调节铁死亡信号防治糖尿病心肌病的研究进展作出阐述，以期为临床中医药防治糖尿病心肌病提供参考意见并拓展思路。

Abstract:

Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a pathophysiological disease induced by diabetes mellitus, which can lead to heart failure in severe cases. The pathogenesis is very complex, which seriously endanges human health. A large number of studies have shown that ferroptosis plays an important role in the development of diabetic cardiomyopathy. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages and good prospects in the prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy, and there are many compounds and active components of traditional Chinese medicine that can regulate ferroptosis. This article reviews the mechanism of ferroptosis signaling pathway in diabetic cardiomyopathy and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy by targeted regulation of ferroptosis signaling in recent years, in order to provide reference opinions and expand ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy with traditional Chinese medicine.
