线粒体是人体的“能量工厂”,它参与细胞的能量代谢、信号传导、细胞分化等诸多生理活动,在癌症的发生发展过程中扮演着重要角色。近年来,靶向线粒体已成为癌症治疗的新策略,且引起医药领域广泛的关注。本文就当前线粒体靶向小分子药物进行了综述,以期为该领域的研究提供价值的参考。 |

Abstract: |
Mitochondria is the "Energy Factory" of the human body. It participates in many physiological activities such as cell energy metabolism, signal transduction, cell differentiation, and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancer. In recent years, targeting mitochondria has become a new strategy for cancer treatment, and has attracted extensive attention in the medical field. In this paper, the current mitochondrial targeting small molecule drugs are reviewed in order to provide valuable reference for the research in this field. |
