摘要:

本研究在整理和分析中药饮片的包装与贮藏养护技术的研究现状的基础上,剖析目前存在的关键问题,并提出下一步的科学发展策略。中药饮片包装与贮藏养护技术相较于饮片本身,一直未受到充分重视,整体研究滞后,关键技术水平较落后,缺乏明确的中药饮片分类贮藏条件、统一的技术标准和操作规程,且有效期规定亦一直缺失,也尚未建立起饮片包装贮藏环节的质量追溯体系。为全面提升我国中药饮片的质量,本研究提出引入现代食品包装新材料、新技术,结合贮藏养护技术,开发绿色、环保、经济的新型中药饮片包装材料及贮藏养护技术,同时加快智能中药饮片贮藏养护技术及设备的研发和使用,从而制定科学的中药饮片包装与贮藏养护技术标准及质量追溯体系。

Abstract:

On the basis of sorting and analyzing the research status of packaging, storage and maintenance technology of Chinese medicine decoction pieces, this paper analyzes the current key problems, and puts forward the next scientific development strategy. Compared with the decoction pieces themselves, the packaging, storage and maintenance technology of traditional Chinese medicine has not been fully paid attention to, the overall research is lagging behind, the level of key technologies is relatively backward, there is a lack of clear classified storage conditions of Chinese medicine decoction pieces, unified technical standards and operating procedures, and the provisions of validity period have been missing, and the quality traceability system of packaging and storage has not been established. In order to comprehensively improve the quality of Chinese medicine decoction pieces, this study proposed to introduce modern food packaging new materials and new technology, combined with storage and maintenance technology, develop green, environmental protection and economic new packaging materials and storage and maintenance technology of Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and accelerate the development and use of intelligent storage and maintenance technology and equipment of Chinese medicine decoction pieces. In order to develop a scientific traditional Chinese medicine pieces packaging, storage and maintenance technical standards and quality traceability system.
