摘要: |
目的 建立丹参“水-脂”二元组分的经皮微透析方法,研究不同付罐处理组的在体经皮促渗特征。方法 考察灌流流速、温度和药物浓度对探针回收率的影响,采用增量法与减量法探究探针膜内外渗透性的一致性,考察探针体内外稳定性;以新西兰兔为动物模型,测定不同付罐处理组对丹参水溶性成分与脂溶性成分的皮肤动力学行为。结果 流速越大,回收率越高;温度越高,回收率越高,在不同药物浓度下,探针回收率与损失率近似相等;且探针回收率在10h内稳定性良好。付罐高等组对水溶性成分具有显著促渗作用,付罐处理高等组与中等组对丹参脂溶性成分经皮促渗效果明显。结论 付罐可作为一种新型的物理促渗技术。 |

OBJECTIVE To establish the method of percutaneous microdialysis of“Water-lipid” binary components of Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and study the characteristics of percutaneous penetration enhancement in vivo in different pot treatment groups. METHODS The influence of perfusion velocity, temperature and drug concentration on the recovery rate of the probe was investigated. The consistency of the permeability of the probe in vitro and in vivo was investigated by incremental and decrement methods The skin kinetics of water-soluble and fat-soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge was studied in different Fu"s Cupping treatment groups. RESULTS The higher the flow rate, the higher the recovery rate; the higher the temperature, the higher the recovery rate. Under different drug concentrations, the recovery rate and the loss rate of the probe are approximately equal; and the recovery rate of the probe is stable within 10 hours. The high-level group treated with tankage had a significant effect on the permeation of water-soluble components, and the high-level group and the middle-level group treated with tankage had a significant effect on the transdermal permeation of the fat-soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza. CONCLUSION The Fu"s Cupping Therapy technique can be used as a new physical penetration technique. |
