泛素特异性蛋白酶在动脉粥样硬化过程中作用机理的研究进展

摘要:
心血管疾病(Cardiovascular disease,CVD)目前是全球发病和死亡的主要原因之一,对人类健康构成严重威胁。动脉粥样硬化(Atherosis,AS)是一种慢性异常的动脉血管炎性疾病,常引起心血管疾病。动脉粥样硬化的发病机制包括多种因素,但具体机制仍不明确。近年来,人们发现泛素特异性蛋白酶(Ubiquitin specific proteases,USPs)在AS中发挥重要作用,通过各种通路和机制影响AS的发生发展。因此,本文就USPs在AS中的作用及其机制进行综述,为临床防治动脉粥样硬化提供一个新的依据。

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is currently one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide and poses a serious threat to human health. Atherosclerosis is a chronic abnormal inflammatory disease of the arterial vasculature that often causes cardiovascular disease. The pathogenesis of atherosclerosis includes a variety of factors, but the exact mechanism remains unclear. In recent years, ubiquitin-specific proteases have been found to play an important role in AS, affecting the development of AS through various pathways and mechanisms. Therefore, this article reviews the use of USPs in AS and their mechanisms to provide a new basis for clinical prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
