中药有效成分治疗心肌缺血损伤的研究进展

摘要:

心血管疾病是目前我国居民在疾病中死亡的首要原因,心肌缺血是许多心血管疾病的常见诱因。诸多研究表明中药因其多成分、多靶点、多途径的特点对心肌缺血损伤的治疗具有独特的优势。笔者通过检索近年国内外中药抗心肌缺血损伤的相关文献,系统综述了中药有效成分治疗心肌缺血损伤的作用机制研究,其中包括萜类、黄酮类、皂苷类、生物碱类、多酚类、挥发油等化合物,主要通过抗氧化应激损伤、抑制炎症反应、改善能量代谢、抑制细胞凋亡和自噬等发挥作用,旨在为心肌缺血损伤的治疗和临床药物研发提供参考和依据。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT：Cardiovascular disease is the primary cause of death among Chinese residents, and myocardial ischemia is a common cause of many cardiovascular diseases. Many studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of myocardial ischemia due to its multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway characteristics. By searching the relevant literature of TCM against myocardial ischemia injury at home and abroad in recent years, the author systematically reviewed the research on the mechanism of action of TCM active ingredients in the treatment of myocardial ischemic injury, including terpenoids, flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids, polyphenols, volatile oils and other compounds, which mainly play a role in antioxidant stress damage, inhibition of inflammatory response, improvement of energy metabolism, inhibition of apoptosis and autophagy, etc., aiming to provide reference and basis for the treatment of myocardial ischemia injury and clinical drug development.
