| 目的 提高对肺部感染惠普尔养障体的临床认识。方法 回顾性分析1例惠普尔养障体引起肺部感染的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果 患者肺部影像提示肺肿物，经宏基因组新一代测序技术对肺泡灌洗液进行检测，确证惠普尔养障体，结合病原学结果使用头孢曲松联合复方磺胺甲恶唑抗感染治疗后病情好转，随访结果肺肿物明显缩小。结论 惠普尔养障体致免疫正常患者肺肿物较罕见，临床症状非典型，应引起临床高度重视，及时明确病原菌，针对性抗感染治疗以确保治疗效果。 |

| ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To improve clinical understanding of pulmonary infections caused by Whipple's dystrophy. METHODS Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of one case of pulmonary infection caused by Whipple's trophoblast and review the relevant literature. RESULTS The patient's lung image suggested lung mass, and the alveolar lavage fluid was tested by macro-genomic next-generation sequencing technology, which confirmed the Whipple's trophoblast, and the condition was improved after using ceftriaxone combined with compound sulfamethoxazole anti-infective treatment in conjunction with the aetiological results, and the follow-up results showed a significant reduction of the lung mass. CONCLUSION Whipple's adoptive barrier to immunity normal patients lung mass is rare, clinical symptoms are atypical, should cause clinical attention, timely clarification of the pathogenic bacteria, targeted anti-infective treatment to ensure the therapeutic effect. |
