| 为了规范和促进我省治疗药物监测(therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM)工作,省医院药事管理质控中心药学检测管理质控组,在TDM室间质评工作的基础上,进一步形成临床药学实验室开展TDM工作的管理共识。该共识明确了我省开展TDM工作的实验室建设规范和环境布局要求,人员资质要求,以及TDM质量控制和生物安全管理要求。该共识对推动我省TDM工作的规范化发展有重要的指导意义。 |

| In order to standardize and promote the therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) work in our province, the pharmaceutical testing management quality control team of provincial Hospital Pharmaceutical Management Quality Control Center further formed the management consensus of clinical pharmacy laboratory to carry out TDM work on the basis of TDM inter-laboratory quality assessment. The consensus defines the laboratory construction norms and environmental layout requirements for TDM work in our province, personnel qualification requirements, and TDM quality control and biosafety management requirements. The consensus has important guiding significance to promote the standardization development of TDM work in our province. |
