摘要:

播散性毛霉病合并曲霉感染临床罕见,病情危重且治疗难度大。本文报道1例播散性毛霉病合并曲霉感染患者的抗真菌治疗过程,探讨两性霉素B脂质体的临床应用及不良反应处置策略。通过分析患者用药方案、疗效监测及药物相关不良反应(如肾毒性、药物热等)的干预措施,结合国内外文献进行综述,以期为类似复杂真菌感染的用药选择与安全管理提供参考依据。

Abstract:

ABSRTACT: Disseminated mucormycosis with aspergillus co-infection is clinically rare, characterized by critical severity and high therapeutic challenges. This article reports the antifungal treatment course of a patient with disseminated mucormycosis and aspergillus co-infection, focusing on the clinical application of liposomal amphotericin B and strategies for managing adverse reactions. By analyzing the patient’s medication regimen, efficacy monitoring, and interventions for drug-related adverse effects (such as nephrotoxicity and drug-induced fever), combined with a review of domestic and international literature, we aim to provide reference for medication selection and safety management in similar cases of complex fungal infections.
