摘要:

目的 通过对1例急性心肌梗死合并原发性干燥综合征伴血小板减少患者的病例分析，为保障急性冠脉综合征患者抗栓治疗的安全性及有效性提供参考。方法 临床药师通过参与1例急性心肌梗死合并原发性干燥综合征伴血小板减少患者的抗栓治疗，探讨其血栓与出血风险评估及抗栓治疗药物选择策略，制定个体化抗栓方案。结果 医师采纳临床药师建议，患者胸痛心电图无明显动态演变，血小板计数较前无明显波动性下降，病情基本稳定。结论 临床药师在临床工作中，应积极发挥专业作用，与临床医师通力协作，提升抗栓治疗的有效性与安全性。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of a case of acute myocardial infarction complicated with primary Sj?gren's syndrome and thrombocytopenia, this study aims to provide a reference for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of antithrombotic therapy in patients with acute coronary syndrome. METHODS Clinical pharmacists participated in the anticoagulation therapy of a patient with acute myocardial infarction complicated by primary Sj?gren's syndrome and thrombocytopenia, exploring the assessment of thrombosis and bleeding risks, the selection of anticoagulation strategies, and the formulation of an individualized anticoagulation regimen. RESULTS The physician adopted the clinical pharmacist's recommendation. The patient's chest pain ECG showed no significant dynamic changes, platelet levels remained stable without a decrease, and the overall condition was essentially stable. CONCLUSION In clinical practice, clinical pharmacists should actively leverage their professional expertise, collaborate closely with clinical physicians, and enhance the effectiveness and safety of antithrombotic therapy.
