近年来,治疗药物监测(TDM)与精准用药已成为医院药学学科的重要研究方向之一。随着医疗机构诊疗体系的日益精细化,临床对药学服务的专业化、个性化水平提出了更高要求。为推动治疗药物监测与精准用药领域的创新发展,进一步提升临床药学服务质量,助力医院药学高质量建设,本期特推出“治疗药物监测与精准用药”专栏。专栏聚焦方法学基础、预测模型应用、临床场景应用、综述性论文和专家共识多个研究维度,广泛征集高质量学术成果,旨在汇聚领域内前沿技术、创新方法与实践经验,为该领域的学术研究与临床应用提供参考和启示。

Abstract:

In recent years, therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and precision medicine have emerged as a key research focus in hospital pharmacy. As the diagnosis and treatment systems of medical institutions become increasingly refined, there is a growing demand for more professional and personalized pharmaceutical services. To advance the innovative development of TDM and precision medicine, further enhance the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care, and foster the high-quality development of hospital pharmacy, this issue features a special column titled "Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Precision Medicine". This special column focuses on multiple research dimensions including methodological fundamentals, predictive model applications, clinical scenario implementations, review articles, and expert consensuses.
