摘要:

慢性疾病具有病程长、管理复杂和个体差异明显等特点,其防治亟需更加系统和长期的干预策略。中医药在整体调节和动态辨治慢病方面具有独特优势,相关研究正逐步向机制阐释与循证评价拓展。本期“中医药慢病防治研究”专栏集中呈现多层次研究进展,旨在为认识中医药参与慢病防治的作用特点提供参考,推动相关研究的深入开展,促进慢病防治能力的提升。

Abstract:

Chronic diseases are characterized by long disease courses, complex management, and pronounced individual heterogeneity, which necessitate more systematic and long-term strategies for their prevention and treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) offers distinctive advantages in the holistic regulation and dynamic syndrome-based management of chronic diseases, and related research is gradually expanding toward mechanistic elucidation and evidence-based evaluation. This special column, “Research on the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Diseases with Traditional Chinese Medicine,” presents multi-level research advances, aiming to provide insights into the role and characteristics of TCM in chronic disease management, promote in-depth research in this field, and enhance overall capacities for chronic disease prevention and treatment.
