尿感宁颗粒致心慌、胸闷新的药品不良反应报道

摘要:

尿感宁颗粒为传统草药组成的中成药，具有清热解毒，利尿通淋功效，常用于膀胱湿热所致淋症，多见尿频、尿急、尿色偏黄、小便淋漓不尽等。尿感宁颗粒药品不良反应的报告中极少数患者服用后会出现胃部不适和食欲减退，偶见皮疹、瘙痒症状；但未见心慌、胸闷相关报道。本例尿感宁颗粒所致的心慌胸闷为新的药品不良反应报道，可为患者安全用药提供参考。

Abstract:

Niao Gan Ning Granules are a traditional herbal-based Chinese medicine. They have the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying, as well as promoting diuresis and relieving urinary tract symptoms. They are commonly used to treat urinary disorders caused by bladder dampness and heat. Common symptoms include frequent urination, yellow urine color, and incomplete urination. In the reports of adverse reactions of Niao Gan Ning Granules, a small number of patients experienced stomach discomfort and loss of appetite after taking the medicine. Occasionally, there were symptoms of rash and itching. However，there were no reports of palpitations or chest tightness. The palpitations and chest tightness caused by Niao Gan Ning Granules in this case are a new type of adverse drug reaction report, which can provide a reference for safe medication use by patients.
