摘要:
白藜芦醇是一种天然的非黄酮类多酚化合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡、保护心血管等多种药理学作用,对机体的多种疾病都具有积极的治疗作用。本研究着重总结了白藜芦醇在物理化学因素、代谢异常等不良因素下对卵泡发生、卵母细胞和胚胎发育以及精子发生过程中所发挥的保护作用。同时通过综述白藜芦醇调控下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴、氧化应激、PI3K/Akt等信号通路及表观遗传学修饰等方面的相关机制,为白藜芦醇应用于改善临床因卵泡发育和精子发生障碍诱发不孕不育提供理论参考。

Abstract:
Resveratrol is a natural non-flavonoid polyphenolic compound, which has lots of pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-apoptosis, cardiovascular protection and et al, which has positive therapeutic effects on various diseases of the body. In this study, the protective effects of resveratrol on folliculogenesis, oocyte and embryo development and spermatogenesis under adverse factors such as physicochemical factor and metabolic disturbance were summarized. At the same time, this paper reviews the relevant mechanisms of resveratrol regulating the hypothalamus-pituitaries-gonadal axis, oxidative stress, PI3K/Akt et al. Signaling pathways and epigenetic modification, so as to provide theoretical reference for the application of resveratrol in improving clinical infertility caused by follicular development and spermatogenesis disorders.
