减压提取与常规提取酸枣仁的比较研究

摘要:
目的 比较减压提取与常规提取酸枣仁的提取效率。方法 以酸枣仁皂苷A及干膏得量为指标,应用L9(34)正交设计法分别优化减压提取与常规提取的工艺,对比不同方法的提取效率。结果 酸枣仁减压提取的效率明显优于常压提取。酸枣仁在真空度为0.08 MPa、温度为50 ℃时酸枣仁皂苷A的提取效率最高,较常压回流提取相对提高15.3%左右。减压提取可降低干膏得量,在所筛选的条件下,干膏得量较常压回流提取降低24.8%左右。结论 酸枣仁减压提取工艺优于常规提取工艺,工艺稳定,值得在生产中推广应用。

Comparative Study on Process of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen by Vacuum Extraction and Conventional Extraction

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the extraction efficiency of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen by vacuum extraction and conventional extraction. METHODS Taking jujuboside A and dry extraction as measure indexs, the L9(34) orthogonal experiment was used to study the process of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen by vacuum extraction and conventional extraction. RESULTS The extraction efficiency by vacuum extraction was more better than that by conventional extraction. The optimum vacuum extraction conditions were: vacuum degree 0.08 MPa, temperature 50 ℃. The content of jujuboside A by vacuum extraction was increased about 15.3% than that by conventional extraction. The dry extraction yield by vacuum extraction was reduced about 24.8% than that by conventional extraction. CONCLUSION The process of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen by vacuum extraction is effective and stable. It’s better than the process by conventional extraction and can be used for industrial production.
