| 1例64岁男性患者急性腹膜炎,给予头孢西丁钠注射液2.0g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100ml,静脉滴注。输注8天后患者出现药物性肝损伤。给予多烯磷酸胆碱注射液,4天后肝功能恢复正常。 |

| Abstract: |
| A-64-year-old mant with acute peritonitis received an IV infusion of cefoxitin sodium 2.0g in 0.9% sodium chloride 100ml. About 8 days after cefoxitin sodium infusion the patient experienced drug-induced liver injury. The liver function returned to normal received an IV infusion of Polyene phosphorylcholine after 4 days. |
