| 摘要：目的：通过静脉滴注注射用丹参多酚酸盐致过敏性休克一例的过程，总结治疗经验，探讨丹参多酚酸盐致过敏性休克的治疗现状。方法：回顾性分析老年病学科1例丹参多酚酸盐致过敏性休克的临床救治，并结合相关资料总结目前存在的问题和解决的办法。结果：经过合理、及时有效救治，患者最终治疗后痊愈出院。结论：应重视丹参多酚酸盐致过敏性休克的防治，及时有效的救治可有效降低死亡率，减少并发症的发生。 |
