摘要: |
目的 优选芪参健骨颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法 采用单因素试验和 L9(34)正交试验法,考察药材粒度、浸泡时间、溶媒用量、提取时间和提取次数等因素的影响,以黄芪甲苷、丹酚酸B的转移率为指标,采用多指标综合评分法(权重系数为黄芪甲苷∶丹酚酸B=0.6∶0.4)确定最佳提取工艺。结果 芪参健骨颗粒的最佳提取工艺为药材饮片浸泡1 h,以12倍量水提取3次,每次0.5 h。结论 优选的提取工艺方法可行、工艺稳定、重复性好。 |

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extractive technology of Qishen Jiangu granules. METHODS The single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to determine the optimal conditions including granularity of medicine, sunk time, solvent amount, extraction time and times with the transfer rates of astragaloside IV and salvianolic acid B as the index, and multi-index score method (weight coefficient: astragaloside IV∶salvianolic acid B=0.6∶0.4). RESULTS The optimized conditions were determined as follows: the sunk time was 1 h, 12 times volumn of water was used to extract medicine decoction pieces for 3 times, extraction time was 0.5 h. CONCLUSION The optimized process is feasible, stable and replicable. |
