目的:运用微波技术进行药物中间体合成。方法:对硝基还原反应、缩合反应、环合反应采用微波催化的方法进行。结果:合成五个药物中间体,反应时间均大大缩短。结论:该方法具有操作简单,反应时间短等优点,有一定实用意义 |
