摘要: |
目的建立脂清颗粒中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Dikma Technologies Diamonsil C18柱( 250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相;流速1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为320 nm。 结果2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为1.0%(n=9)。 结论本法简便、快速、灵敏,重复性好,可用于脂清颗粒的质量控制。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To eatablish an HPLC for the determnination of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside content in Zhiqing granule.METHODS Using Dikma Technologies Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (25∶75)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 320 nm. RESULTS The average recovery was 101.5%, RSD was 1.0% (n=9). CONCLUSION The method is simple and can be used for the quality control of Zhiqing granule. |
