摘要: |
目的评价枸杞子配方颗粒及药材中枸杞多糖含量,并对提取方法进行评价,以期为中药配方颗粒的发展提供理论依据。方法以枸杞多糖为研究对象,采用水浴法、超声法、微波法从枸杞子配方颗粒及药材中提取枸杞多糖,以无水葡萄糖为对照品及枸杞多糖提取物作对照物,运用苯酚-硫酸比色法进行含量测定。结果实验结果表明枸杞子配方颗粒中枸杞多糖的含量明显高于药材,微波法提取其收得率最高。结论研制中药配方颗粒的提取工艺、对有效成分进行定量控制,运用现代的分析技术尽快统一配方颗粒的质量标准将有利于中药走向标准化、产业化、国际化。 |

OBJECTIVE Evaluate the content with Lycium barbarum polysaccharides in traditional Chinese medicine formula granule and traditional Chinese medicine.Evaluate the extraction methods.It may provide a theoretical basis to the development of traditional Chinese medicine formula granule.METHODS Using water extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave method to extract Lycium barbarum polysaccharides from Lycium barbarum traditional Chinese medicine and formula granule.Lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction was used as control.Glucose was used as standard in the preparation of calibration curve.The content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-vitriolic colorimetry.RESULTS The result showed that the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides in traditional Chinese medicine formula granule higher than traditional Chinese medicine.Microwave method to extract rate had best.CONCLUSION Development of traditional Chinese medicine formula granule of the active ingredient quantitative control,the use of modern analytical techniques as soon as possible reunification formula granule quality standards will benefit Chinese medicine to standardization,industrialization and internationalization. |
