摘要: |
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸度洛西汀含量的方法。方法 采用Kromasil C8柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01 mol·L-1磷酸氢二钠溶液(pH 6.0)(45∶55),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为290 nm。结果 盐酸度洛西汀的线性范围为8.104~12.156 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)。盐酸度洛西汀平均含量为99.72%,RSD为0.66%。结论 该方法简便、准确、专属,可用于盐酸度洛西汀的含量测定。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of duloxetine hydrochloride. METHODS The Kromasil C8(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrible-0.02 mol·L-1 disodium hydrogen phosphate solution (pH 6.0) (45∶55). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 290 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 8.104-12.156 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9). The average content of duloxetine hydrochloride was 99.72% and RSD was 0.66%. CONCLUSION The mothod is sample, accurate, specify and can be used for the determination of duloxetine hydrochloride. |
