不同制备方法对芳化运脾口服液中厚朴酚总量的影响

摘要:
目的 探讨芳化运脾口服液的制备工艺。方法 通过测定两种制备工艺生产的制剂中厚朴酚的总量,比较芳化运脾口服液的两种制备工艺。结果 第2种制备工艺生产的口服液中厚朴酚总量明显高于第1种制备工艺,不同制备工艺厚朴酚的含量差别较大。结论 通过改进芳化运脾口服液的制备工艺,提高了厚朴酚的含量。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore different preparation process of compound Yunpi oral solution(CYOS). METHODS Comparing two preparation process by determining the total content of magnolol in CYOS. RESULTS The total content of magnolol in the second preparation process was higher than the first. Effect of preparation process on total content of magnolol was significant. CONCLUSION The total content of magnolol in CYOS was increased by improved preparation process.
