| 目的 探索适合我国国情的临床药师人才培养模式。方法 按照卫生部要求，结合本院临床药师培训工作经验总结、分析。结果 我院已建立系统的组织管理模式，制定了一系列完善的培训措施。结论 通过培训工作，不仅教授了学员专业知识和开展临床药学工作的方法，也使我院的临床药学工作得到了长足发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical pharmacists personnel training mode which suits Chinese national conditions. METHODS According to the Ministry of Health requirements, combined with clinical pharmacist work experience to sum up and analyze. RESULTS The hospital has already established a scientific organization and management mode and formulated a series of comprehensive training measures. CONCLUSION The training not only teaches students to carry out clinical pharmacy expertise and working methods, but also make clinical pharmacy of our hospital to be supported by leaps and bounds. |
