摘要:

目的 建立HPLC测定羚翘解毒丸中牛蒡子苷的含量。方法 采用Agilent EclipsexDB-C₈柱(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm)，流速1.000 mL·min^-1，以甲醇-水（48∶52）为流动相，柱温为30 ℃，检测波长为280 nm。结果 供试品溶液中牛蒡子苷与相邻组分分离度良好。牛蒡子苷在0.017 0～0.085 1 g·L^-1内线性关系良好，平均回收率为96.6%，RSD为4.18%。结论 此法简便、快速，可作为羚翘解毒丸质量控制的检测手段。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine arctiin in Lingqiaojiedu pills. METHODS Agilent EclipsexDB-C₈ (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with temperature of 30 ℃. The mobile phase was CH₃OH: H₂O (48∶52), with flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS This method had good resolution and good linear relationship between 0.017 0-0.085 1 g·L^-1. The average recovery of arctiin was 96.6% and RSD was 4.18%. CONCLUSION This method was simple and quick and can be used as the method for quantity control of Lingqiaojiedu pills.
