目的 建立测定铁皮石斛饮料中人参皂苷Rb1含量的方法。方法 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 µm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(32∶68);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;进样体积:10 µL,柱温:40 ℃;检测波长:203 nm。结果 人参皂苷Rb1在1.012~5.06 µg内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均加样回收率为102.3%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论 该法准确,简便,快速,灵敏度高,重复性好,适用于铁皮石斛饮料中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of ginsenoside Rb1 in Tiepishihu beverage. METHODS An Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 µm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(32∶68), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the wavelength of detector was 203 nm, the injection volume was 10 µL and column temperature was set at 40 ℃. RESULTS The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 1.012-5.06 μg. The average recovery(n=6) was 102.3%, RSD was 1.8%. CONCLUSION The method was simple, fast and accurate for analysis of ginsenoside Rb1 in Tiepishihu beverage. |
