摘要:

目的 建立测定维生素E乳膏中维生素E含量的方法。方法 采用ODS-C₁₈色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，甲醇为流动相，流速1 mL·min^-1，检测波长：285 nm。结果 维生素E在浓度0.100 4~1.004 mg·mL^-1内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99.09%，RSD=0.66%。结论 本法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of vitamin E in vitamin E cream. METHODS An ODS-C₁₈ column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was methanol and the detection wavelength was 285 nm. RESULTS The linear correlation was good in the range of 0.100 4-1.004 mg·mL^-1. The average recovery was 99.09% with RSD=0.66%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
