糖足颗粒质量标准研究

摘要:
目的 建立糖足颗粒的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对糖足颗粒中的黄芪、防己、当归3味主要中药进行定性鉴别,以高效液相色谱法对其主药赤芍中的芍药苷进行含量测定。结果 定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强;芍药苷在0.504~5.040 μg内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8(n=6),平均回收率为97.74%,RSD为0.72%(n=6)。结论 本法可靠,准确,专属性强,可有效控制糖足颗粒的质量。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Tangzu granule. METHODS Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was employed to identify Radix Astragali, Radix Stephaniae tetrandrae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis, while high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied for the determination of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra in Tangzu granule. RESULTS The identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. A linearity was obtained from 0.504 μg to 5.040 μg of paeoniflorin in Tangzu granule with a good correlation (r=0.999 8, n=6). The average recovery was 97.74%, and RSD was 0.72%(n=6). CONCLUSION The method is reliable, accurate and specific and can be used for quality control of Tangzu granule.
