目的 建立原子吸收分光光度法测定炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌含量的方法。方法 应用原子吸收分光光度法进行测定,采用标准曲线法计算样品含量。结果 样品平均回收率为99.94%,RSD为0.51%。结论 方法准确、简便、可靠,可作为该药的质量控制方法。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To establish the method of detecting the content of zinc oxide in calamine lotion by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS). METHODS AAS was used to perform the detection with standard curve method. RESULTS The average recovery rate of sample was 99.94% with RSD 0.51%. CONCLUSION AAS is accurate, simple and reliable for detecting zinc oxide in calamine lotion, and could be used as the quality control method of calamine lotion. |
