基于熵权TOPSIS模型结合多指标评价优选葛根趁鲜加工工艺

摘要:
目的 采用熵权TOPSIS法结合多指标,评价不同趁鲜加工方法对葛根药材质量的影响。方法 通过优化切制规格(2,3,4 mm的厚片,0.5,1,1.5 cm的丁片)、干燥方法(45,65,85 ℃烘干,冷冻干燥)等参数对葛根药材进行趁鲜加工,得到葛根饮片。以3'-羟基葛根素、葛根素、葛根素芹菜糖苷、3'-甲氧基葛根素、葛根素-6'-O-木糖苷、大豆苷、染料木苷、大豆苷元和醇溶性浸出物的含量,以及水分和灰分限量为考察指标,通过熵权TOPSIS法对所得指标成分数据进行分析,优选出葛根药材最佳趁鲜加工工艺。结果 不同趁鲜加工方法对葛根药材指标性成分含量具有一定影响,最佳切制规格为边长为0.5 cm的丁片,最佳干燥方式是冷冻干燥。结论 熵权TOPSIS法可用于评价不同趁鲜加工方法对葛根药材质量的影响,且所得最佳趁鲜加工工艺具有较好的稳定性与重复性,可为规范葛根药材趁鲜加工工艺提供指导。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of different fresh processing methods on the quality of Puerarial Lobatae Radix using entropy weight TOPSIS model and multi-index. METHODS By optimizing the specifications of fresh cut(thick slices of 2, 3, 4 mm thick, the side length of 0.5, 1, 1.5 cm), drying method(drying at 45, 65, 85 ℃, freeze drying) and other parameters, Puerarial Lobatae Radix medicinal materials were processed at the origin, and Puerarial Lobatae Radix decoction pieces were obtained. Using the content of 3'-hydroxy puerarin, puerarin, puerarin apioside, 3'-methoxy puerarin, puerarin-6″-O-xyliside, daidzin, genistin, daidzein, ethanol soluble extractives, as well as moisture and ash content limits as evaluation indicators, through the entropy and TOPSIS method to analyze the index component data and optimizing the Puerarial Lobatae Radix best when fresh herbs processing technology. RESULTS Different fresh processing methods had a certain influence on the content of the index components of Puerarial Lobatae Radix, and the best cutting specification was 0.5 cm thick, and the best drying method was freezed drying. CONCLUSION The entropy weight TOPSIS method can be used to evaluate the effects of different processing methods on the quality of Puerarial Lobatae Radix, and the best processing technology obtained has good stability and repeatability, which can provide guidance for the standardization of processing technology of Puerarial Lobatae Radix.
