地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊致菌血症1例

摘要:

目的 探讨地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊致菌血症病例，警示其用药风险，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 结合文献分析地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊诱发菌血症病例发生机制与风险因素。结果 根据不良反应关联性评价，地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊诱发菌血症不良反应的关联性为很可能，患者经抗菌治疗后菌血症症状减轻并好转。结论 地衣样芽孢杆菌菌血症较为罕见，应警惕益生菌出现菌血症用药风险。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To explore the cases of bacteremia caused by Bacillus Licheniformis capsules,while also warning the associated drug risks and providing reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS The mechanism and risk factors of bacteremia induced by Bacillus Licheniformis capsules were analyzed based on the literature. RESULTS According to the adverse reaction correlation evaluation,the correlation of bacteremia adverse reaction induced by Bacillus Licheniformis capsules is very likely,and the bacteremia symptoms of patients were alleviated and improved after antibacterial treatment. CONCLUSION Bacteremia of Bacillus licheniformis is rare, so we should be alert to the risk of bacteremia caused by probiotics.
