| 目的 建立 UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS技术结合多元统计方法对铁皮石斛的化学成分进行快速鉴定, 探究不同附生树种的铁皮石斛是否存在品质差异。方法 采用 UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS方法分析南方红豆杉树附生铁皮石斛的化学成分, 应用主成分分析法(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘-判别分析法(OPLS-DA)对附生红豆杉树上及附生在其他树种上的铁皮石斛的化学成分进行快速分析, 寻找其差异成分。结果 在红豆杉树附生的铁皮石斛共鉴定出149个化学成分, 以苯丙素类、黄酮类、萜类、酚类、挥发油类等为主。红豆杉树的不同部位以及与其他不同树种附生的铁皮石斛化学成分差异显著, 鉴定出红豆杉树上与树下的铁皮石斛差异成分14个;附生在红豆杉和附生在其他树的铁皮石斛的差异成分11个。结论 该研究可为铁皮石斛附生树种的选择提供科学依据, 为铁皮石斛仿生栽培提供参考。 |

| Objective To establish a method for rapid identification of chemical components of Dendrobium officinale growing on different host trees by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS combined with multivariate analysis, and to investigate whether there are quality differences between different epiphytic tree species of Dendrobium officinale. Methods The UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS method was used to analyze the chemical components of Dendrobium officinale growing on Taxus chinensis var. mairei. Principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) were applied to perform multivariate analysis on the differences in components of Dendrobium officinale growing on Taxus chinensis var. mairei and other trees. Results A total of 149 chemical components were identified of Dendrobium officinale, mainly including phenylpropanoids ,bibenzyls, flavonoids, terpenoids, phenols, and volatile oils. There were significant differences in chemical components between different parts of Taxus chinensis var. mairei and Dendrobium officinale growing on other trees. Fourteen differential compounds were identified between the Dendrobium officinale growing on Taxus chinensis var. mairei and under the trees, and eleven differential compounds were identified between them growing on Taxus chinensis var. mairei and other trees. Conclusion The results provide a scientific basis for the selection of host trees for Dendrobium officinale, provide reference for bionic cultivation of Dendrobium officinale. |
